Iowa Meat Processors’ Resource Guidebook: The Small Meat Processors Working Group was initially formed to address the challenges of small meat processors in Iowa. They have since delivered several outstanding publications, most notably the Iowa Meat Processors’ Resource Guidebook.
Sustainable Agriculture Research and Education Professional Development Grant: Value Chain Partnerships is sharing its experience and expertise in the initiation, management, and funding of working groups with other organizations that can benefit from this community of practice model.
