WORKING GROUP TOOLS:
  • "Two Vegetable Wash Station Designs" is an online tool developed by the FVWG and available on the Leopold Center website. These detailed instructions and diagrams explain how to build two types of low-cost vegetable wash stations.
  • Iowa Fruit and Vegetable Market Planner is a web-based tool developed by the ISU Institute for Transportation and the Leopold Center. The application calculates rates of demand for 80 crops, with settings for regions in/around Iowa, consumers by age group, various time frames and product mixes.
