The Iowa Fruit and Vegetable Market Planner is a web-based tool developed by the ISU Institute for Transportation and the Leopold Center. The application calculates rates of demand for 80 crops, with settings for regions in/around Iowa, consumers by age group, various time frames and product mixes. Access the planner here.
