As Research Leader of the Food and Industrial Oil Research at the National Center for Agricultural Utilization Research, Sevim Erhan chemically modifies vegetable oils (emphasizing soybean oil) to develop value added products, i.e. printing inks, lubricants, industrial fluids, composites and polymers.
